Within 48 hours of this we will send you the Personalised Sleep Plan. There will be one follow up email to check your progress, provide additional support or make adjustments to the plan.

Within 48 hours of this we will send you the Personalised Sleep Plan. We will then commence a two-week WhatsApp support period on a mutually agreed date (but within two weeks of the consultation). Within this period there will be a 30 minute phone call to check progress and provide any adjustments to the plan. There will be one follow up email to provide tips for the future.
